Privacy policy
Your idea is sensitive. Here is where the data goes.
This policy explains the data StackFlight needs to operate the validation workspace, the services involved, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Data we collect
We collect account and workspace details, the startup briefs you submit, generated reports, experiment statuses, proof notes, and proof links. We also collect basic product analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, and validation completion events.
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health records, government identifiers, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
How it is used
We use this information to authenticate users, create and store validations, research public market evidence, generate reports, support collaboration, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
StackFlight does not sell your personal information or startup brief.
Service providers
StackFlight uses Clerk for authentication and organization management, Google Gemini to generate validation analysis, Firecrawl to search and read public market sources, Google Analytics for product analytics, and hosting and database providers to operate the application. These providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage and security
Validation records are scoped to the active workspace. We use access controls and server-side secrets intended to prevent unauthorized access. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so keep highly sensitive or regulated information out of startup briefs and proof notes.
Your choices
You can update account and workspace information from Settings. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal and validation data through the contact form at ashirshaikh.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the product and its providers change. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Continued use after a change means the revised policy applies.
