We process account and workspace identifiers, submitted ideas, target buyers and markets, budget constraints, competitor links, generated reports, public source extracts, calculator inputs, and self-reported demand-test results. Billing records include purchase identifiers and credit balances. Do not submit secrets, medical records, card details, or personal information you cannot share.

Clerk handles authentication and organizations. Firecrawl receives public website links and search queries derived from your idea, buyer, and market. Google Gemini receives your research inputs and retrieved source text to generate the brief. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Whop handles payments; StackFlight does not receive full card numbers. Hosting and PostgreSQL database providers store and operate the service.

Saved investigations are scoped to your active workspace and accessible to its members. The intake form can save a draft in local browser storage for that workspace; browser storage may be unavailable, and clearing site data removes drafts. Economics and test results are saved to the workspace only when you press Save. Exports are downloaded to your device.

Public pages can load Google Analytics for basic usage measurement. The private dashboard excludes that analytics component. We use server-side credentials, access checks, and usage limits to protect research and control abuse. No system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell submitted ideas or test notes.

Research and billing records are retained to provide saved reports, credit accounting, support, and abuse prevention. Historical call records are not automatically deleted by the change in product direction. You can export completed research and contact us through ashirshaikh.com for access, correction, or deletion requests. Some billing or legal records may need to be retained. Manage workspace membership through Clerk and earlier subscriptions through Whop.
