Your idea is sensitive. Here is where the data goes.

We collect founder account and workspace details, subscription status, Proof Call assumptions and commitment tests, private invitation tokens, optional customer names and emails, consent timestamps, call transcripts, and generated evidence reports. We do not store Proof Call audio recordings.

For Same Page games, we store player names, answers, predictions, scores, and optional written reveals. We also collect basic product analytics such as page views and product completion events.

Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health records, government identifiers, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

We use this information to authenticate founders, operate private call rooms, create live transcripts, generate evidence reports, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

StackFlight does not sell founder or customer personal information, transcripts, or product-test material.

StackFlight uses Clerk for authentication and organizations; Whop for subscriptions and payment management; Google Gemini for evidence analysis; Deepgram for live transcription; LiveKit for realtime audio rooms; Google Analytics for product analytics; and hosting and database providers to operate the service. Whop handles payment details directly, and StackFlight does not receive or store full card numbers. These providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Proof Call records are scoped to the active workspace. Customer rooms are protected by unguessable private links and require explicit consent before transcription. Provider secrets remain on the server and browser transcription uses short-lived credentials. We use access controls, rate limits, and encrypted transport intended to prevent unauthorized access. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so do not discuss regulated, legally privileged, or highly sensitive information in a Proof Call.

Founders may manage their subscription through Whop. Founders and customer participants may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal data and transcripts through the contact form at ashirshaikh.com. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records where required.

We may update this policy as the product and its providers change. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Continued use after a change means the revised policy applies.
