Investigations use public web material and automated analysis. Sources can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unavailable, and generated interpretations can be wrong. Review original sources yourself. Competitor prices do not establish actual sales. Reports, proposed offers, and cost scenarios do not certify demand, product-market fit, revenue, or investment suitability. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

One starter credit is available per account. Where checkout is enabled, one additional research credit costs $19 USD as a one-time purchase. Applicable taxes and payment fees are shown by Whop before payment. Research credits do not renew automatically. Failed or timed-out investigations return the credit; a completed brief with thin evidence still uses a credit.

Whop handles payment details. Contact support through ashirshaikh.com for delivery issues, incorrect charges, or refund requests. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. A refunded or disputed purchase has its research credit removed, including where the credit has already been used. Earlier subscriptions remain governed by their original purchase terms and must be managed separately in Whop.

You retain ownership of your submitted ideas and notes and authorize processing to provide, secure, and support the service. Only submit information you can share with the service providers described in our privacy policy. Demand-test results are entered by users and are not independently verified. Outreach drafts are not sent by StackFlight; follow the rules of any community or communication channel you use.

Do not expose secrets or sensitive personal records, infringe others’ rights, bypass usage limits, use the service unlawfully, or overload its systems. Feature availability depends on our providers and may change. We may restrict abusive accounts.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StackFlight is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits from decisions based on research.
