Terms of service
StackFlight supports decisions. It does not make them for you.
These terms govern StackFlight subscriptions, Proof Calls, transcripts, and generated evidence reports.

Using StackFlight
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace and for protecting your login methods.
Subscriptions and billing
StackFlight offers a $29 monthly subscription and a $290 annual subscription. Whop processes checkout, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment-method details under its applicable terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can cancel through the Whop billing portal. Unless required by law, payments already processed are non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. StackFlight may suspend access when a payment fails or a subscription becomes invalid.
Proof Calls and participant consent
Founders are responsible for inviting appropriate participants, explaining the purpose of a call, and complying with recording, transcription, employment, and privacy laws that apply in their jurisdiction. StackFlight requires participant consent before customer transcription begins.
Do not use Proof Calls for medical, legal, financial, employment-screening, or other regulated decisions. Do not submit confidential information unless every participant is authorized to share it.
Same Page Founding Pass
The Same Page Founding Pass is a one-time $4.99 purchase that lets the purchaser create unlimited games. Invited players can join those games without buying a pass. Payment is processed by Whop under its applicable payment terms.
All Same Page Founding Pass sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the payment was an unauthorized or duplicate charge.
AI-generated analysis
Verdicts, commitment classifications, interpretations, risks, and next steps may be generated with automated systems. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not a guarantee of demand, product-market fit, revenue, investment, or business success.
You remain responsible for reviewing the cited transcript evidence and making product, financial, legal, and operational decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of startup briefs and proof material you submit. You grant StackFlight permission to process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit all content and links placed in a workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use StackFlight to break the law, infringe rights, expose secrets without permission, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass usage controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or generate deceptive or harmful material.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackFlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of generated analysis or inability to access the service.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. We may update these terms, with the revision date shown on this page.
