StackFlight supports decisions. It does not make them for you.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace and for protecting your login methods.

Scores, objections, competitors, recommendations, and proof plans may be generated with automated systems. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Market research is limited to available public sources and is not a guarantee of demand, product-market fit, revenue, investment, or business success.

You remain responsible for verifying sources, speaking with customers, and making product, financial, legal, and operational decisions.

You retain ownership of startup briefs and proof material you submit. You grant StackFlight permission to process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit all content and links placed in a workspace.

Do not use StackFlight to break the law, infringe rights, expose secrets without permission, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass usage controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or generate deceptive or harmful material.

Founding access is activated manually after payment is confirmed and includes access to the beta workspace plus the founder-review deliverables shown at the time of purchase. Payment is arranged using the invoice or transfer instructions provided with your confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment covers the stated access and deliverables, not a guaranteed business result. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided before payment.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackFlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of generated analysis or inability to access the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. We may update these terms, with the revision date shown on this page.
